About Me

40ish mom of 8 kiddos and new mother-in-law to my daughter's wonderful husband...AND...soon to-be-grandma!!! YaY! Happily married to my highschool sweetheart for over 20 years. I don't work outside the home but homeschooling the kids keeps me busy ;)

I've been too busy to really sit down and think about what I really like. Lately I realize that I like a shabby/cottage-like style. I like pretty things, lace, ribbons, old buttons, homemade teddy bears, gardening, scrapbooking supplies, sunlight, the look of water, my Catholic religion, homeschooling, friends that make me laugh, coffee, looking at craft and decorating books, organization books (love them but can't seem to get myself corganized), clean houses (my dream!)...I'm sure there's more...LOL...I'm not used to thinking about things I like ;o)

Favorite Music

Pop, Simon and Garfunkle, Cat Stevens, Kenny G. I don't listen to music much anymore...but if the kids are playing rap, I just get sick...ick!

Favorite Movies

Bedazzled...I laugh every time I see it! I don't watch movies much either.

Favorite Television

I don't watch t.v. much...LOL. I like The Office, and House (although I rarely watch it), and King of the Hill.

Favorite Crafts

I love all kinds of crafts! I used to design cross-stitch patterns for various magazines but I haven't done much cross-stitching in a long time. I love scrapbooking (paper and digital) and creating things with paper. I've dabbled in lots of different crafts and always think I'd like to learn to do something new.

Wigglywourms, You seem to have gone MIA. I'm writing this here to see if you will respond. It looks like you're a really awesome swapper, I don't want to hurt your ratings, but you've still marked "not sent" on a swap that was a while ago. I'm guessing that something has happened to you. Is there anyone else out there trying to get ahold of wigglywourms? Or does anyone know why she's gone missing?
