Comment: Although the cards you sent were very pretty, one was an Easter Card and the other was I don't know what? a Mother's Day card maybe? There was no Birthday card, and the name of this swap is BIRTHDAY card swap.
Response: The apron card was the bday card. I put a lot if time into it. It was a pop up card with charms and all. The bunny card was a happy bunny card extra. I will ensure to write a better note next time for this. Thank you and glad to swap with you.

The magenta embossing on black is stunning, but the hand drawn, brown stitches around the pink petals is so subtle and eye pleasing. Comment: August 31, 2010 - It seems I must have sent the wrong rating (well, not actually the wrong rating) because I received 3 cards last week and without looking at the name rated you for the cards. Now to find out who I missed. :) So - today I received your cards. They are BEAUTIFUL! I go through periods of craft making. Sometimes I make mini journals, then cards, dolls or altered notebooks. I don't like making the same things over and over. I too enjoy sharing my crafts with others. I have been crafting for over 25 years. I do have a favorite store but it's not in Philadelphia; it's in Quakertown about 30 minutes away. There are, of course, AC Moore and Michaels closer - but the specialty items at Memory Lane are wonderful and great for that something special or extra. Thank you so much for my cards; makes me want to do that for a bit now. Take care and happy swapping.

Was digging through craft supplies and came along this in my cut outs - well it worked perfectly! Can't remember where I got it from. It just fell into place with the paper and everything.!

So, I am having to take it slow and easy in everything I do. With that said, Wow! What a great presentation you used to share the two cookie recipes and also the recipe for 5 Minute Fudge. jAll three sound YUMMY and will be ones I will add to my ever-growing recipe collection. The first recipe I use to make with students when I was still teaching. I also love fudge so I know I will enjoy making that one. I look forward to trying them next holiday season.
