Comment: It's been two and a half months and I haven't gotten anything. I got a few messages at the beginning saying it would be late, but I'm pretty disappointed now. I will definitely change this rating if I ever receive it.
Response: I can understand the disappointment and offer genuine and heartfelt apologies. Truly. This was an example of completely overdrafting myself and falling short. I recognize that I over-committed myself and took a break from Swap-bot for more than a year. Flaking out is not my M.O. (as my other ratings can attest), and I own up to the fact that I let this swapper down. Again, sincere apologies.
