Response: Honestly I used to think the exact same thing until a flood came and took everything I owned. I used to be a huge collector (and nowadays I'm getting back into it now that I have a house again), but I used to sit in my room and look at all my stuff that I treasured so much and literally think I couldnt imagine what it would be like to lose it all in some kind of natural disaster....and then I DID! Lol but honestly I learned that sometimes less is more and often starting over fresh is a blessing in disguise I suppose. A few sentimental losses I was pretty sad about, but overall I was surprised how much I could live without and how much stuff is really just exactly that: stuff! :)

I asked my aunt and I had a wonderful time just listening to her tell me things I had never heard about herself and my father. She had a great time also, getting to tell the old stories to me. My uncle kept wanting to jump in and she would tell him, "She's asking about me!" so I promised to call him tonight and ask the same questions. He has always liked to share about his childhood. At the first her memory seemed foggy but as we continued to talk it seemed to clear and she would say, "Oh let me tell you about the time I..." I realized that this was healthy for her and we need to do this more often for all of our seniors.

Tysm for the extras ones since other partner didnt like spiders(I love them) I thought the brain ATC was so cool with the removable brain. I thought it was a org. idea. I love the spider to it was so 😠cute. I thought it was neat too how you used a sparkley "blood" to drip out of the eye one. Also I thought it was SO cool how you upcycled the card you sent them in from a normal beach scene to a "creepy" one . I have never seen someone do that. So cool💜

I have been wanting the full fair stamp strip....and you sent me it! Along with other vintage used stamps 💜 plus the washing, and book pages. I can tell you read my profile. I love the cat atc, the "cuddle buddies" one and the oogie boogie is truly special. I love how you noticed nightmare before Christmas it my favorite movie. But she wanted me to name of daughters that & wanted to name all my 5 kids for that matter. But I had names already picked and I wasn't changing them, hee! Anyway, Thank you ever so much for your true spooky story and all gracious goodies you sent. Which was too much. But love the stickers, washi tape, and awesome postcards, including true story! Not to mention the Halloween card! I have a lot of my own. I swear I'm a ghost magnet! I have seen some & heard some. Scary to say the least!

Comment: First off I want to tell you about the time I opened starforests envelope she sent to mewhile I was sitting on the couch, my cat on the floor between my feet. As I cut along the edge of the envelope, I pulled out the letter not realizing that there were small pieces inside. In which they all fell on my cat. He stood up gave a big shake of his body and walked away, stopped, turned around and gave me a dirty look. Lol!!! I loved the puppy pieces! Your story was so weird! I loved it! who knew koi fish and laffy Taffy would be so important in a story! And thank you for My extra Snoopy card! With my Joe cool on the envelope 😎😎😎 totally awesome! Thank you!!

Comment: Oh my gosh, 100 hearts for even mentioning Charlottes Web. lololol Man, I remember those spiders. Very common in the South. As kids we'd walk thru the woods and our face would end up in their web. Freak me out! lol Did you actually make that postcard of the spider? I cant tell very cool if you did.
Response: Yep I made it! That is a photo I took of her :) and my dog had sadly just ripped up my copy of Charlottes web (I found a new one at the thrift store just the other day tho, lucky me!) And so when I saw you liked Charlottes web also I was like hey perfect! And i salvaged a piece from the wreckage of the book for the postcard!
