I especially enjoyed the Escarole Monster, the vintage book pages, the shell pages and the little bird-man :) Love the kale poem, too -- I tried this once with Lacinato kale, I should try it again. I'm lucky that my kids (usually) like it. I will compost your riddance, I like that idea, I have some nice nitrogen to throw on it in the form of chicken poo, it won't last long!

Response: No problem with the delay. We colored them with food coloring & water in a spray bottle. Unfortunately it didn't last long at all. It was significantly faded by the end of the day. I'm glad I got the photos I did.
