Comment: I received the PC for the swap. Thank you for that and the extra. Out snow storm (two, back-to-back, actually) was the first real snow we have gotten since before Christmas. The ground was bare and brown through Jan. Very unusual for Maine.

Comment: Hi Robin, Happy New Year! My Christmas was warm and filled with love. I was able to spend all the holiday with most of my family. My family consist of some of my brothers and sisters, my sister-in-law, and some of my nieces and nephews. I moved from ABQ to Colorado Springs, CO in Feb. 2020 to be closer to some of my family. Thank you for King and Queen of Club and the two extra cards you sent me. I did use the Jack of Clubs as I have not received it. The 10 of Clubs I already have and so I will add it to my bucket of extra playing cards. I have enjoyed this swap very much too. I am completing my first Franken Deck. Comment: Thank you for the cards. It is cool that you sent the Smokey Mountain cards. I grew up in East Tennessee and always enjoyed the autumn when the trees changed colors. So beautiful and bursting with color. Happy swapping.

Response: It turned out very well...we took up a good portion of our lobby with a 12-foot tree fully decked out, kites suspended from the 2nd floor, two Mary Poppin manikins in costume, a hanging tree and lots more. I spent my first 7 years in Knoxville, TN, and we went to the Smoky Mtns. often to camp and just enjoy them beauty. Ironically, while I met my husband in Phoenix, he was also from Knoxville, too. My youngest son was born in July (many years ago now), so I can relate to your experience of being pregnant in the summer! Things here are pretty good for me. I live near a mountain park, and I walk my dog there most days. It's been a really gorgeous spring here, too, so it's lovely to get outside. I do miss seeing my son and grandson, but we do video calls. Stay safe and thanks again!

Comment: Hi... I decided to rate you a 3 because the bags dont fit the rules of the swap. For both bags I will be the 5th person so I have to send them back to their starters both. The requirements state that only 1 bag out the the 2 can be like that. Sorry. You used nice stamps on the envy, but then put tape over it, so they are not usable any more.

I do want to make a quilt someday with what I have collected but I have used quite a few of these from previous swaps in an attempt to make Teesha Moore journals. Love them!

Response: You're very welcome for the card. My trees are loads of fun (at least to me, lol). I make most of the ornaments and supplement a few store-bought ornaments to fill the tree nicely. The most difficult one was the Nightmare before Christmas tree that required lots of hand-painting on glass and plastic clear ornaments! Jack's skeleton face all over my tree...it was such fun! I bought a purple Christmas tree just for these ornaments! I also included handpainted ornaments for the main characters in the movie as well. Thanks for rating, Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

Comment: Deer! Thanks for the nice card. What part of Oklahoma is your son in? I always assume Lawton or OKC when people move here, but I don't know if that makes sense. I'm fortunate to be in a wooded part, but it is pretty brushy and thorny.

Response: Hi, Brian, he moved to Tulsa several years ago to be closer to his dad who has health issues. He has a job he enjoys, his own apartment, and a small lovely dog that he adores. He is much a hermit troll like his dear ol' mom and enjoys his solitude and quiet time. Glad you like the card. Thanks for the sweet rating! I would prefer the woods myself; I grew up in the country surrounded by blackberry bushes, lots of brush and gorgeous trees.
