And thank you so much for the fabric I’ve been looking for some with dinosaurs on for ages :)) that’s so cool you are a sewing teacher!!! I have not made a microwave pot holder yet but I keep seeing them on social media so might make one, thanks for the suggestion :)

Comment: Oh Neeltje, where do I start! Your package arrived just as I was heading to work and I could not wait to get home to open it. The decorated envelope was a great clue that you had some good things in store for me…so now I am drinking a cup of tea you sent and I immediately hung the ceramic platypus from my art shelf…I am calling him Pete😊 To mention all of the lovely extras you sent would turn into a small book, but I want you to know I love them all and instantly got so many ideas. Also, thank you for the little desk top garbage bins and adding the instructions on how to make them. The fabric hearts are so cute, I don’t want to stick them on a card…so I am going to drop some essential oil on them and use them as little air fresheners! Comment: Well goodness gracious! Thank you so much! What a wonderful parcel. Even the packaging is lovely. I'm going to have a hard time throwing this one out. Yes, I have had Stroopwafels before (I have quite a number of Dutch friends) but goodness I am looking forward to having one of those later today. But honestly, the two very favourite parts of the package are the pouch and the card. I had to call my daughter over to show her the pouch. I just love it so much! And the card: You're probably not going to believe me but I actually started crying with the card. I absolutely LOVE that you honour both your sister and your father in a note to me. I am a very nostalgic woman and if I were to find a pen of my father's I would so desperately want to use it as well. Thanks again!

Comment: Hoi, ik had je pakketje al woensdag ontvangen, maar pas vandaag heb ik er tijd voor vrij kunnen maken. Hartstikke bedankt voor je mooie gelli plate pakketje met je leuke (ingepakte) kaart, het circus boek (ik kan ook nooit boeken laten liggen en heb geen ruimte haast meer om deze te bewaren) en je leuke gehaakte visje (ik heb van andere al verschillende gehaakte dingetjes gekregen en vind ze erg leuk, maar helaas kan ik niet haken). Je verdient voor deze swap meer dan een hart!
Response: Fijn dat je het allemaal leuk vindt. Ja, ons probleem is hetzelfde, we vinden te veel dingen leuk en mooi en zien mogelijkheden voor creative toepassingen. In de praktijk betekend dat een hoop 'zooi" dat ooit nog gebruikt gaat worden. Maar zonder zooi ben ik mezelf niet. Eenmaal opgeruimd groeit de verzameling spontaan weer aan. SB is een heerlijke manier om onze creatieve lusten te delen en mensen te ontmoeten die hetzelfde zijn. Een hele leuke ontdekking. Veel plezier toch met alles.

I do love the papers that you created, especially the pine and grass-like leaves, the rose petals and a paper whose vegetation I can't identify but involved purple flowers and rose petals as well :) The extras were over the top, including the decorated envelope, the adorable pouches, the dish towel, and my favorite -- the adventurous television host cuddling various animals. I was particularly taken with the way he adored the leech on his arm! The stickers that went with the cards are also beautiful. Thank you for a fun swap and a very unexpected package :)

Comment: How do I say thank you for such a wonderful package, completely blown away by it. You are such a generous person, thank you, thank you, thank you, I loved everything. I will use the fabric in my sewing crafts, the snowflakes will be decorating my tree next christmas, they are so much like the ones my mom used to make when I was a child. I learned to crochet just a few years ago, but don't do the fine stuff. I have knit since I was young, but as I said the crocheting has been a new thing to me. I wish I could read what it says on the book cover and the post cards, but I did not learn a second language, I spent my spare time in art class. the pictures are so nice, I love the scenes, old building are a special interest of mine. I love the old barns near to where I live now, with their slate roofs and moss and rusty old equipment that lays out in the fields rotting and rusting. Makes me want to grab my sketch pad . I will remember you and this swap for some time, thank you for looking at my profile and filling so much of my interests. Response: Can you believe this, it only took 12 days in the end to reach you. The paper I used is 120 grams drawing paper. The other paper I cannot tell, just some paper lying around with no reference. Yes, I used roses, love the leaves especially. The flowers are probably Alstroemeriaceae and I used lose leaves of the Chrysanthemum. I am ready for my next batch. Have some different eucalyptus leaves, they turn out red, did you know?✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿

Ik ben op zoek gegaan naar de sterretjes, want was benieuwd waar ze gebleven waren maar vind het heel leuk gedaan. Heel veel sterkte met je dochter, allemaal heel heftig. I first used one when I was living in Italy many years back.That is also when I first started drinking coffee. The extra papers you sent along are great too! Love the coffee recipe and the magazine page from your country. I love receiving foreign language pages! The whole package smelled amazing from the coffee packs you included. Yes, I can relate to the equipment, but since my husband is a stickler on treating photographic equipment with respect (he just bought a NEW turntable!) this pic disturbs me as well!
