Response: I loved the Chipmunks as a kid, too. I tried watching some recently and was surprised by how slow and inane I found it as an adult. ;) I hope you had a good day, sweet friend.
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! I hope you had a lovely day. :)
Response: So glad you enjoyed! You sent a pretty amazing/fantabulous/cool beans swap yourself! :) they killed off my favorites of Sybil and Matthew, so I watch now primarily for Mary and the Dowager Countess -- what rapier wit!! We'll have to compare notes next week. ;)

Response: You're welcome!
Response: I hope you enjoy!
Response: You're welcome!
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Yay. :) The outside was a little on the battered side, but I figured the inside makes up for it. Enjoy them, and be sure to open in the order specified (for two of them, anyways!). Happy Holidays to you!
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: So glad you liked it! Did it get there in one piece? I realized belatedly that the paper for the little sign I created might have gotten torn off by the Epsom salts in transit.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Sorry -- I only had the two! So glad they worked out for your craft.
Response: Glad you're enjoying them.
Response: No problem -- I'm so glad to share. I got your package, today, too -- gorgeous! Let me know whenever you're up for a tea swap again -- I'd love to swap that, or anything else with you! :)

Response: You're welcome, dear. Writing you now...
Response: So glad you liked it, Beth! Happy summer to you!
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: I just realized that I never responded to this -- perhaps I did so by PM? Thank *you,* new friend!
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it! And, I would love to swap again. I was going to make you something before, but I couldn't find the materials I needed for them, so I sent the box without them. Just found the items this morning. :) looking forward to your package arriving, too!
Response: You're welcome! And, whenever you want more, just let me know. Remember that I had to *keep* myself from sending more than you asked for! ;)
Response: You're welcome! Happy Valentine's Day! :)
Response: Hooray! Happy Valentine's Day! :)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: So glad we got to have a second swap together! And more in the future! :)
Response: No worries! Mine came like that. I don't bother slaving over steam or the other tricks to getting off the paper. ;)
Response: Oh dear, this is a super, super late response. I'm so glad, though, that you liked everything Livvy -- especially the sugar cubes. I tried several before I got them to float for me. I think it's the way the sugar melts in the tea? Hope all is well for you -- I'm sendin g bright sunshiny thoughts your way. Let me know when you'd like to swap again -- anytime! :)
Response: Thank you, and you're welcome! :)
Response: I'm so pleased you liked everything! Yes, I had that Hello Kitty bag for a while and thought it would make pretty packaging. The clips are crocheted, but not by me. Please let me know when you'd like to swap again and if you have questions! :)
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed! I worried at first that the ATC was too simple, perhaps, bu the illustration seemed to carry so much of what I remember about Christmas -- or remember reading about Christmas as a child, anyways. I don't worry so much about switches as an adult. :) I'm so pleased you enjoyed your package. A wonderful holiday season to you!
Response: You're welcome, and Caitlin, too. :) Yes, the rainbow one was my favorite, although, darn, I forgot to take a picture before I sent it. If you photograph it, will you send me the file? Enjoy the rest on Christmas -- and open the last one last, especially! ;)
12/29: So glad you loved it! Yes, when I saw the LF stationery, I about danced a jig in the store much to the dismay of my DH who looked askance at the glass ornaments nearby on the shelf. Oops. Happy New Year! :)
Response: You're welcome! It was the first time I tried that particular decorating technique and I'm glad you liked it. Happy holidays to you as well!
Response: You're welcome. The top came from a memo -- I almost couldn't bear to cut it up, but you became the happy recipient of it! :)
Response: You're welcome! I'm so glad you like them. :)
Response: So glad you liked them, Els. Those were some of my very favorite ATCs ever made. :)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: You're so welcome! I wish I had taken a photo of it -- this was one of my favorite ATCs, even if it was simplistic. :)
Response: You are so welcome, dear Gooseberry. I had been feeling particularly Anne-ish lately... The circles came from another swapper, but I don't like butterflies, so I thought you would like them more.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Please enjoy them -- I had so much fun making your packet, though it was slender and mostly flat! And, isn't it so nice when we meet people who might be kindred spirits from another time? Round Two? Definitely! And, iIf I ever make it to England, I will look you up. :) Hugs back to you, new friend!
Response: You're so welcome -- I'm glad you will be able to use them! I had fun tucking in those fun things for you. Hugs to you. :)
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: You're welcome -- I'm glad it got to you finally...
Response: I'm so glad you liked them. Yes, I worried that they were too simple, but I tried to go for purposeful simplicity, rather than crappy simplicity. ;) I got the tape on Etsy. I was annoyed that the seller did not specify the length of the roll, so I paid an exorbitant amount for a tiny tiny bit. It IS beautiful, though, isn't it?
Response: You're so welcome, dear, and I'm so glad you liked everything. YOU are very talented yourself, might I add!? After your Etsy shop slows down, I would love to have a private swap if you're interested for your lovely kite card! :) Hugs back to you...
Response: So glad! I'm not sure there is a typical American, but I'm glad the apron fits. I'm enjoying my tea and treats, too -- thank you! :)
Response: You're welcome, sweetie! :)
Response: Replying via PM! Thank you for a lovely note, and hugs to you!
Response: You're welcome!
Response: You're welcome! I'm so glad you liked it. :)
Response: Thanks, I had fun with this one! It had to be special for a fellow dandelioness... :)
Response: You're welcome! I had fun making it. :)
Response: Yay! I'm glad you liked them and glad the ring got to you! I was worried when they hadn't marked "shipped" and quite a while had passed... I'm looking forward to getting your package, too -- always so beautiful! :)
Response: You're so welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed them, and I'm so appreciative of your understanding and encouragement. Thank you for being you.
Response: I was in anguish over decorating the darn jar because of the awkward shape. I ended up taking the easy route and chose an interesting pattern to make up for the simplicity. I'm glad you liked it! I'm glad you liked your jar, overall, too, because I adored your's. Let me know any time you'd like to swap privately. :)
Response: You're welcome -- I'm so glad you liked the pages I selected. :)
Response: You're so welcome! I'm glad you liked it!
Response: She's gorgeous, isn't she? I had such fun with this one -- thank you for the heart!
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: So glad you liked your package -- thank you for being so understanding about the delay! I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
Response: You're welcome -- I'm glad you liked the card. :)
Response: Ha ha, thanks. I cried in angry frustration the first time and my husband offered to help me take out the stitches. Unfortunately, because of the felt and fleece, the holes showed quite badly so there was no saving Mask #1. I've since added it to my scrap pile. I'm so glad this one came out nicer and that you like it! It matches your recent piggy kitchen items (I made mine first, though!)... but don't wear it to sleep in the kitchen! :)
Response: Tee hee! I'm afraid that poor Fen will be teased mercilessly in school for having a "sissy name," but I figure if it's good enough for James Cooper... I'm so glad you enjoyed them. Your experience is exactly the opposite of mine. I took to Thoreau like a duck to water but, barring the eternal Shakespeare of course, hated Brit (and Greek) lit with a burning passion -- far more than anything found in Dante's circles. In fact, I got the only B of my college career in British Literature. I don't tell my students that, of course. ;)
Response: That got to you quickly! I'm so glad you enjoyed everything. :)
Response: Merry April-mas! :)
Response: I'm so glad you liked them! I liked the clip art I found -- so delicate and pretty! The calligraphy was courtesy of a pen -- it's all the pen's doin's, I swear! :)
Response: I'd never heard of Amy Butler before SB, so when I finally made the connection between the fabric designer and my paper mats, I went *Ohhhh!* So glad you enjoyed them. I had fun putting it together for you!
Response: I'm so glad, Kathy -- I know she has a good home with you. I hope you don't mind her funny tail. Oops. :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Oh, I'm so glad! I just had a cup of the marshmallow tea this morning -- very sweet. It tastes like the candy gumballs to me, while the gumball tea tastes like spice tea! Love them both. :)
Response: You're so welcome! I was glad to share stamps with someone else who also likes them. I *finally* have a "good" reason for keeping old stamps around. Since I'm not an official tweezers-in-my-hand-collector, it never seemed like a proper or respectable thing to have an envelope full of them lying around. Yay for swapbot crafts! :)
Response: You're welcome! I figured you might like them after seeing your avatar. If you don't like the blank white outline, you can also cut them carefully as I did for your matchbox. :)
Response: I'm so glad you liked your package, sweetie. Still working on another one for you! :)
Response: You're welcome, Jan. The other Peanuts and Jan-related goodies are waiting for a larger swap before they make their way to you. :)
Response: I was inspired by an Etsy listing and thought, "I can make that!" So glad you liked it. So wonderful to be invited to a group that celebrates a weed that I always admired! :)
Response: You're so welcome! I'm glad you didn't mind that it was a bit late -- but I had to send the other items, right? :)
Response: Dear Helena, Yay! So happy that both you and Lotte enjoyed it. The marshmallow is probably safe for her, but I was a bit worried about the other ones with beads and such. Maybe they can be "just for Mommy" toys. :) Hugs to you, sweetie...
Response: You're welcome -- and the gift keeps on giving. :)
Response: You're welcome! Isn't it fun to keep that Christmas-y feeling going long after the holiday has come and gone? :)
Response: Thank YOU for being such a sweetheart. A package is going out to you today...
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it. The fourpence and "Magic" scenes are my very favorite ones. I almost couldn't bear to part with the toast keychain -- but it worked better with the found poem than it did being hoarded away with my treasures. I'm so glad you enjoyed... :)
Response: So glad, and particularly as I was having a hard time finding / creating cat-themed things! :)
Response: My favorite to make was the flag necklace. I think I will make more of those. The cork stamps took forever to make. And I went through 5 mistakes and start-overs. So glad you enjoyed it all. I foresee many swaps in our future together, says the Great Fortune Teller of Walden Pond... ;)
Response: Happy Heart Day to you, too, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I liked the stamps, too. :)
Response: You're welcome -- I love them!
Response: You're welcome, Sherrie! :)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Does a little happy jig. It made me happy to create something pretty and to know it would go to you! I'm glad the good vibes were unwrapped with the package. Hopefully they all got there in one piece? So glad you liked the postcards. I wrote on a card because I know the feeling you mention! Will you beee (bzzz) my valentine? :) hugs...
Response: You're so welcome, sweetie, and I'm glad you enjoyed everything. I like how the flower brooch turned out, despite being my first. I'm glad you did, too! Finished one lovely portion of your Valentine package this weekend and my crafting table is now strewn with bits of pink and red and glue (hint hint -- yes, vague!). My DH is so happy that he will not be the recipient of the girly crafts this year! ;)
Response: Yay! And likewise on this side, too! :)
Response: I had fun looking for you, Jan, and most seemed to follow a non-Peanuts theme, unfortunately (or fortunately!). So glad you enjoyed it all. Hugs to you, dear friend!
Response: Oh whee! So glad you liked it all! :)
Response: YAY! And make sure you peek INSIDE the specially-marked item, too. When you open the tissue wrap, there will be more packaging. I HAVE tucked something inside the item, so you'll have to check that one out. ;)
Response: So glad you enjoyed everything! Tee hee about the coal -- it is only a hypothetical gift and not what you would REALLY find in your Little House stocking, of course! No, it is not edible. More of a tree-trimmer I think. My favorite, though, is the handmade package in the little house itself -- did you find that one? :)
Response: You're welcome -- glad you liked the book!
Response: You're welcome! I'm actually wearing my darling teacup ring today and several students have already done a double take at it -- especially as I use the projector to write warmups and they see my hand blown up! Let me know if you'd like to swap again! :)
Response: You're so welcome, Jan! Can't wait to see what amazingness you continue to create. Thank you for swapping your wonderful art with me!
Response: I had such fun making them -- it's one of my very favorite in children's lit. The literature version of comfort food! So glad you enjoyed them... :)
Response: Thank YOU for the lovely tea! (I know tea wasn't part of your package; however, since it sounded like you are now trying more than the usual teabags, I had to send you some.) I'm so glad you enjoyed your package, Heidi, and I'm also glad it got to you safely!
Response: Oh NO! Was the letter torn open en route to you? I'm so sorry about that... Even after I wrote that big bright Do Not Run Through the Machine as well? :(
I'm so glad you enjoyed the bracelet, but I am very sorry the button did not make it. Thank you, though, for the additional connection to Little Women -- industry, thrift, determination -- I love it! Hugs to you...
Response: Teehee. Yes, Anne sent it with all of her good thoughts and in the spirit of eternal youth!
Response: That's right -- I didn't even think of the gumball stickers as food-related. I picked it because it was sparkly, rainbow-y, and seemed kind of '80s to me... So glad you liked your package. Yay for you and Matt!
Response: You're welcome! So glad you can use them. The recipes are some of my favorite ones that are easy to prepare. Let me know how they work out for you! :)
Response: Holy moly -- I just mailed that out yesterday I thought! I'm so glad it got to you quickly, and so glad you like it! :)
Response: I'm happy she got to you safely. I've been experimenting with lace lately and your lace bracelet is one result. :)
And I can't believe that I found the doll! From Ireland! Despite the fact that I've never been there! I was tempted to keep her, because I'd love to visit the Irish countryside someday; however, I knew that you would love her more. It was hard to package her up and let her go, though! Give her a hug for me. :)
Response: Oh happy happy! Think of Grandma doing her clickety-heeled jig and throwing her spoon to some random sugar snow dance-goer!
I'm SO super-glad you liked your Laura package, even with the tape bubbles on the bookmarks. I was so frustrated and nearly in angry tears over those 2 mistakes that I got a personal laminating machine this weekend -- can't beat Costco's $17 deal. The next bookmark will be MUCH better. :)
This has been my very favorite swap to put together. I'm so pleased it went to you. Many hugs...
Response: You're so welcome! Thank you for the heart, and especially so for the lovely swap cards again! I'm loving the candy corn theme! :)
Response: You're so welcome! I'm so glad I've found someone else who likes loose tea! So glad you liked the tea and other things. I look forward to swapping with you again. :)
Response: This is not "my" rating as I only sent your package yesterday! As I PMd you, I think you got someone else's package confused with mine. ;)
I do hope, however, that when you receive your 'real' package from me that you love it as much as you did someone else's! :)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: So glad you loved the bookmarks. I thought I'd make 2 for two different feelings / styles. LOVED your funny story about your wise daughter at Orchard House! Yes, there always are two sides to the story, aren't there? :) I have the newest book out right now about Louisa May and her father... still haven't had a chance to read it though. Or The Concord Quartet. Or A Week on the Concord and Merrimack Rivers... Soon! Hugs to you, and thank you for the rating. :)
Response: So glad you got it and that you liked it. I love that Anais Nin quote, too. :)
Response: You're welcome! The extra matchbox (or wee matchboxes) will go out to you soon! Again, sorry I wasn't more clear in my swap description. ;)
Response: YAY, Patty! I had so much fun putting this together for a fellow teacher-type. I know most people get over the cliched cutesyness of the apple theme; however, I adore it myself. Was it tags that we had matching? Or something else? I opened your package, though, and knew I'd put the exact same of something into your package -- smile. Looking forward to swapping with you again! Sending hugs...
Response: I wonder how you knew I went to Walden Pond? *wink* Yes -- that was the whole point of a random place like Concord for a honeymoon (colleagues' responses: "Why not Hawaii? Jamaica? Bora Bora? Concord, Massachusetts -- are you nuts?!")
I'm SO glad you enjoyed your package... I'm hoping as much as I enjoyed mine from you! Hugs to you... :)
Response: I had fun making that little guy and thought he? she? added a more personal touch. I'm so glad you enjoyed the package! :)
Response: Oh no... I'm so sorry about that. :( I didn't think it'd still be so hot. Try putting it in the refrigerator to firm back up and let me know if that helps.
I'm so glad you liked the rest of your package, lip balm aside! :)
Response: Yay! So happy you got it! :)
Response: You're welcome! I'm so glad you enjoyed the items and that you'll be able to use some for the upcoming holidays. I almost forgot to add the handmade stuffies at the last minute! Thank goodness I noticed them sitting forlornly on my craft table before I taped and uber-taped the whole package! :)
Response: So glad you liked it all. Oops -- just noticed that I mentioned the kawaii stuffies in the response to the other swap instead of this one. Ah well -- either way, glad you enjoyed! :)
Response: You're very welcome! The mini jar was so fun to make into a cushion, but it was so small in comparison to the regular jars that I had to add more stuff on the outside of it. So glad you liked it!
Response: You're welcome! Enjoy...
Response: Happy swapping to you, too! Enjoy...
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: I think the chocolate "dipping" does add a little extra something... So glad you liked it! :)
Response: I'm glad! I had fun putting it together for you! Enjoy... :)
Response: Happy, happy! So glad it got to you eventually. I was worried about the box making it overseas for a while... So glad that you and the kids liked the package! :)
Response: I'm so, so glad you enjoyed the package. I like the sparkly purple yarn, too. Thanks for your offer -- I might be visiting next summer, fingers crossed! :)
Response: YAY!!! Would love to see a picture of her in her costume after Halloween! :)
Response: You're welcome! The cocoa one is indeed delicious. Not as good as Baker's Square's French Silk, of course, but a very close second! :)
Response: Yay! I'm glad you like it! I had fun working on it. The fabric IS cute, isn't it? :)
Response: I'm so glad you liked the jar! I was a little concerned that you might not like the red (it wasn't in your favorite colors), but the darker silhouette didn't seem to go with pink. The rings were just little trinkets for fun -- glad they can use it in their dressup play! :)
Response: You're welcome! I've seen some people posting that it took 2+ months from N. America to Australia... I'm so glad it got to you quickly! :)
Response: You're welcome! I hope you like your other package as much... :)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: I'm so glad! :) It was my very first one and I tried really hard to make it something that I would have liked to receive myself. Thanks for the positive feedback and the heart! :)
Response: I'm so glad you love the fleece especially. I know we were going with a Snoopy theme, but when I saw the peace, and the tie-dye, and the neat fleece, I couldn't resist. Maybe a nice throw for the couch? Or you can make a no-sew fleece blanket with another piece of fleece as backing (or not). Here are some directions if you've never seen them before. And hey, a random google search turned up Project LINUS! :)
http://www.projectlinus.org/patterns/pdf/NoSewFB.pdf
Response: You're welcome--I'm glad you like them! :)
Response: Thank you! And I'm sorry the envelope was ripped. I took it to the PO and since I knew 1) they wouldn't run it through the machine and 2) the letter was going, oh, like 5 miles away, it would be safe. Nope. I'll tape the edges next time. Glad the tea and card made it, though! Enjoy!
