Comment: Partner did send a PM on 1/18/24 stating she would be a few days late due to a power outage, and hit the sent button on 1/21/24. Well, I finally received the swap on 3/22/24 and it's postmarked 3/15/24, that is entirely more than a few days late. No other communication was received in the interim.
Response: I’m really not sure what to say to this, except that I live in a tiny town in a rural area, and that seems to multiply the errors the postal service can make. I didn’t send a follow up note because I didn’t know the postcard hadn’t been received. I know that a resend doesn’t really help in a round robin/traveling type of swap, but I will definitely do whatever might solve this.

Comment: I am glad you put this into a bag because it rained here and the envie got soaked. But the contents were dry! However, the memos were not protected with a card or cardboard and they should have been to prevent bent corners (per group rules). Because you sent extras, there was enough that were not bent or creased to cover the swap requirements. Thank you for all the blue goodies!

I love it all…your cute kawaii stationery, all the adorable stickers, postcards, the 2 sharks, and the ink just blew me away. Thank you so much❤️ it’s funny, I have a lot of ink, but hardly any of these sample bottles are repeats of what I own. It may have something to do with brands. I don’t have any Noodler’s or DeAtramentis . I have mostly Diamine and Robert Oster. No one does blue ink like Robert Oster! I’m loving these new to me brands, the colors, shimmer and sheen. The next thing is to put swatches into my journal. I can send you samples too, but if you have a lot of ink, they might be repeats. Let me know. I really enjoyed reading your letter. It was great fun getting a letter from a fellow pen enthusiast! Thanks again💕

I like to do mine with a sharpie so the lines are thicker and so the corners are easier to round out. It’s the coloring for me that sometimes frustrates me lol. Take care and keep trying at it!!
Response: Thank you so much for your encouragement! Last week I had an appointment with my neurologist and looked at their various art of neurons. I might or might not base my next try on them, but I’m definitely going to try a few (and maybe some ATC sized) that I don’t have to show anyone else. I’m often my harshest critic.

Hate to give bad ratings but you have made no effort to correct this matter. Am willing to change rating once the issue is corrected as I know you are generally a good swapper. Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it and the extras I sent! I tried really hard to make it more than just food and mail and cats, because it seems some days those are the only things that get me through the day (DH is often at his office 12-15 hours a day). I'd obviously been saving the beetle stamp for quite some time for just the right person :D

I even read through the philosophical tract on the back! In addition to enjoying the postcards you sent for this swap, I am in love with the other goodies you included. I cannot figure out what language the pages of text are in. It has almost the look of sanskrit to it. Is it Arabic?
