Response: Hmm.. I meant to write "two friendly cows" haha. Homonyms, amiright!? They were called Peanut and Willie, rescued by a friend of a friend when they were 1 day old. I got to pet them and feed them bread! :D
Response: You're welcome. I'm glad you like the card. I'm feeling much the same way today, coupled with shock. :/
Response: Glad you liked it! :) Thanks for the nice rating.
Response: I think the patterns are what drew me to that card too. It was a toss up between that one and a guy riding an ostrich, which was more solid colors. Hopefully it didn't disturb you too much! :)

I was so excited. :) Glad you liked everything we picked!! Thanks for the handful of hearts. :D

Response: You're so very welcome. It feels really great to be able to make someone smile! Especially when I'm down (long story), and then it makes me smile reading nice comments like this, so it's win-win-win! :) I like the sewn pocket too, it was the first I've done, but definitely going to do more in the future! Happy swapping. :D
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Glad you like it. :D
Response: You're welcome. Thanks for the heart! :)

Response: You're welcome. That wasn't planned, the yellow and purple, but when I saw how much fun the polka-dot tissue paper was to put on the masterboard, I grabbed some yellow tissue paper too.
Response: So glad you like it! Thanks for the heart. :D
Response: Glad it made it through the internet tubes this time. :)
Response: Wow, that got there fast! I sent yesterday (forgot to mark sent until today), but I guess since we're in Cali.... :) Thanks for the 11 hearts, haha. Glad you liked it!
Response: I'm so glad you loved it! As you know, it was my first pocket letter, and so so so much fun to make. Thanks for the praise; it's encouraged me to keep doing pocket letters. :D :D

Response: You're welcome! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Thanks for the heart! :) And you're welcome.
Response: Aw, thanks. :) It was really fun to make for someone who loves that movie.
Response: I still haven't read the last one because the books get progressively worse, while the show stayed pretty darn good. I guess I need to get to that last book someday...but that also means that the series is really really over, haha!
Response: Thanks! *blushes* :) I see from your profile that we have a lot of fandoms in common! Sweet!
Response: Thanks so much! I did Scarface for a "manly atc swap" and found my partner loved that movie. It was a fun challenge. :) Also, yay gore! ;)

Response: You're welcome! :D
Response: Aw, thanks for the hearts! :) I honestly don't remember where I got most of them. I used to be a croupier (casino games dealer) and so my friends/family would get me decks for gifts. Pretty sure the duct tape and clear bird cards came from thrift shops. A quick google tells me that Walgreens and Amazon have some clear cards, though different than the deck I sent. Glad you liked them!! :)
Response: Thanks for rating! :)

Response: Distractions are good. I think that's why I'm reading so much lately, haha. :)
Response: Thanks. I think I just have too much to do around the house and with family gettogethers and such. My partner's family is big! I'm constantly behind on things! Like, I have half a giant spider in my basement when a whole giant spider should be on my roof for Halloween. Sigh. I miss SB too! Not the drama, but the swaps....
Response: Glad you didn't mind getting me again! And that you liked the washi tapes. :) I'll have to pop over to your GRs to see what books I've read that you've put on your TBR!
Response: Thanks for rating! :)
Response: :) Thanks for the heart.
Response: Glad you liked the letter and postcards. Green does right love stories, but there seems to be something else going on in them too. Usually something sad. But, yeah, I really love his books.
Response: Thanks for rating and the heart!
Response: Thanks for rating. Many of us who do email swaps will put "Swap-Bot" in the title; that way it's easy for others to apply a filter and keep the messages from the Spam folder. :D
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Cool! Thanks for the heart. I added you on GR so I can recommend some books to you. :)
Response: Thanks! Glad I picked some good ones. :)
Response: Well the 38 books was six months' worth, but yeah, I've been reading a lot lately. :)
Response: The King I've read, I considered to be horror, but I haven't read many of his books. Thanks for the heart!
Response: I figure, I'm not that into fantasy & I saw all the movies (I think), so why read HP and LotR? ;);) Thanks for the nice comments and the heart! :)
Response: I haven't heard that Origin of the Species is inaccurate; interesting. I'll have to research that. Thanks for the heart!
Response: Roach really is brilliant. I read Stiff too, and have Spook on my bookshelf!
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Yeah, I've been on a reading kick lately. Many of them were short though! It was only about 2700 pages. :) I Am Legend really made me think; I recommend it.
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Some, like The Giver, were pretty short and quick. :) But thanks for the kudos! I'm trying to read more.
Response: Yeah, I think that's the most I've read in a month...perhaps ever! :)
Response: My pleasure! :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: I thought I replied to this! Eep! You are quite welcome. :) Hope you like them.
Response: I know! I'm so sad it's ending too. All the best shows get canceled. :(
Response: I got credit for a book report in a MATH class for reading the Curious Incident. Hilariously weird teacher! Hope you like it. :)
Response: Hooray! Glad I found some good ones. Thanks for the heart!
Response: I love the BBC Sherlock too! Probably contributed to my desire to reading the books. Thanks for the heart!
Response: Glad it got there. You're welcome! :)
Response: No worries. Sometimes SB doesn't save them. Thanks for checking. :) Miss ya 'round here.
Response: You're welcome. Happy T-Day to you as well. :)
Response: I saw the movie already actually. I liked parts and disliked parts; it was still entertaining though. I love those tattoos! I have an asterisk, and really really want an ampersand. Only vaguely literary, but they are in my head. :)
Response: Oh yay! I was hoping some of it would be novel. :) Thanks again for offering the private swap!
Response: Me too! I've found so many interesting books that way.
Response: I'm so glad! :)
Response: Glad you like them!
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: You're welcome! I'm so happy you like it. :D
Response: Me too, and I only have about 18 rolls, plus the stuff I salvage from envies I'm sent! There's tons of it! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Hope I didn't put in any spoilers, eep! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Glad you liked them! Happy Halloween!
Response: Thanks, glad you enjoyed reading it. :)
Response: Well, I expect Ender's Game, the film, to be *horrible*, so if it's even marginally okay, I will be pleasantly surprised. :)
Response: I probably only remembered since we just moved and I had just set up that shelf. ;)
Response: Yay!! I really hoped he'd make you smile! :)
Response: You're welcome! Love those shiny bees.
Response: Thanks for rating!
Response: You're welcome! I'm so glad you love it! :)
Response: Hehehe, it's "craps" but I think you wrote it that way as a joke. :D You're welcome! It's a tough game to grasp for most people, but I love it.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Thanks! I'm so glad. :)
Response: I'm so glad you like it! :D
Response: Heheh, thanks! :) We don't have any spare bedrooms right *now*, but I'll let you know!
Response: Thanks for rating!
Response: So glad you like them. I love that leaf on the fairy one; someone mailed me a few of those and they are so neat! :)
Response: Thanks! I love the bear one. hehehe
Response: Thanks for rating. :)
Response: Wow, not even The Doors or Bowie!? I know most of my music tastes are eclectic. :)
Response: Thanks for rating!
Response: You're welcome. Hope you find a book you like. :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Glad you like them! :)
Response: You're welcome. :) Hope you and the little one are doing well.
Response: You're welcome. Glad you like them! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: I will probably read them, just because I want to know how the story ends. I think I've only ever stopped reading 1 or 2 books midway, and while these are series, I feel like they were written as though the reader shouldn't take a break.
Response: Thanks! You've just rated my 400th heart, yay! :)
Response: Weird that the spoiler didn't show up, I just typed it in white font. I can send it over with the text in black if you like. :)
Response: Thanks for rating!
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: I'm not alone! Yay! :)
Response: Yeah, stamping is scary to me sometimes because it's all-or-nothing! Glad you like them. That was the last of my wallet-eating-puppies embellishments, haha, and I think the dogs are ~2.5 years now. Packrat much? ;)
Response: Yeah, it is tricky. I want to yell at the book, haha. Haven't started the next one yet; instead I read another disappointing YA dystopia. Maybe I just don't like YA books...? Heh. Thanks for the heart! :)
Response: You're very welcome! That got there fast too! :)
Response: The space pics were the only reason I bought that UFO book-gotta love weird thrift shop finds. Glad you like them! :D
Response: Glad you like the lighthouse! It was interesting trying to cut it out and position it so it looked like it was up on a rocky area, but I think I pulled it off. :)
Response: The fish part had me chuckling too; so many names! Hehe. Glad I could make you smile! :D
Response: Haha, that was the idea. I meant to mention that that typos (even in the username) were all intentional! I'm better at grammar and spelling than that! :D
Response: You're welcome. Hope you like the PC too. Half Moon Bay is near me. :)
Response: You're welcome! They got there quick. :) Thanks for the heart.
Response: I love that song! I can never just listen to it once.
Response: You're welcome. Glad you like them. You really should look up the song too, it's hilarious! :)
Response: Hahah! So glad you like them! When I found those foil labels (at a thrift shop!), I instantly thought of the Cybermen. :D
Response: You're welcome! Glad you like it.
Response: Yay! Thanks for 101 hearts, hehe. It seems lots of people need address labels; I think there are now four of us on here with shiny silver labels (from me, at least). :D
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Haha, yeah. I have odd taste in music. Hope you like a few of them!
Response: You're welcome! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Glad it got there. :)
Response: I used to want the caffeine molecule as a tattoo! :) But I had to give up caffeine so I'm not sure anymore.
Response: You're welcome! I hope you find one you like. :)
Response: Shiny! :D Thanks for the nice words and the heart.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: I don't see fav music on your profile so can't predict if you'll like NIN or not. It's usually pretty sad and/or angry. Let me know what you think.
Response: I remember you too! :) Summer here this year is kind of a joke. We didn't get hardly any rain all spring but it's been rainy lately, and colder than usual. I live near the beach! It should be a little warmer, haha!
Response: Thanks! I had a hard time with the first band I chose, mostly in the season/time of day area. But third time's a charm. :)
Response: Yeah, I'm not getting the sci-fi yet... I mean, there's talk of a tesseract, which is science. I guess the fiction part is that it's used to travel? But with 'people' morphing into winged beasts... I'm thinking it's fantasy. :/
Response: You're welcome! Hope you didn't get too much of the same on the CL forum. :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Well, you can thank @ImzadiRose for that one! She recommended it to me! :)
Response: Oh, wow, I'm sorry! I have a postal scale so that shouldn't've happened! Perhaps it was a mistake and that's why they didn't charge. Glad you got it and liked it!!
Response: Thanks for rating. Glad it got there, I was getting worried after 2 weeks!
Response: Glad you liked it! We keep getting paired, so I tried not to send things I had already sent. :)
Response: I'm glad! See, this is the benefit of me liking weird things, everyone else seems to like the things I don't. :)
Response: I'm glad! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Glad you got it!
Response: You're welcome. Glad you like it!
Response: Thanks! It was really fun to make. And you've rated me my 500th 5! :D
Response: Thanks! Glad you like them.
Response: Thanks for hosting such a fun swap! :D
Response: Thanks for rating & the heart! Glad you like them.
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Thanks for the nice rating and heart! Happy swapping to you too.
Response: You're welcome. Thanks for the heart!
Response: Haha, awesome! Which two?
Response: I did the background first (with water color paint +water) & let it dry, then did the jelly with no water added to the paint. I did the outline last so maybe that's why is has depth? Don't really know! I'm not a trained painter so I was just guessing. But I'm so glad you like it!! :D
Response: Oh, yay! I'm so glad you like it. I'm not sure if I mentioned, but I never know exactly what people mean by 'vintage', so I'm happy I hit the mark. :D
Response: You're welcome. I bought that one awhile ago knowing I would use it for a ZAVMaR swap someday. :)
Response: Thanks for another nice rating! I hope you tell me what you think of some of them if you read them. :)
Response: Oh, no, don't add all of them! Haha, I'm doing your GoodReads Recommendations now. ;) ;) I'll avoid any that I put in the email. GoodReads tells me "Your tastes are 60% similar for the books you both rated", so that's cool!
Response: Thanks for such nice comments on the rating, and the heart! So happy that you liked everything. :)
Response: Thanks for he nice words! :D. I like trying to think outside of just paper. Usually I end up at metal, haha, but it works out since I have a bunch around. So happy you like it! I was actually stumped a little at the start but it coalesced pretty quickly once I came across the book, which is in tatters, I've used so much of it!
Response: I saw Sandman on your profile, so thought you would like it. So happy I got it right & you love it! It's the best when people are super happy with my swaps, yay! :D
Response: Hooray! I hoped it wasn't too plain. The orange & green papers are the same, did you notice I lined up the starburst? Hardest part, haha. If we'd've had 2 partners, I was going to do a bowtie one too.
Response: You're welcome! Thanks for sending the pic for me. :)
Response: So glad that you like it. Thanks for the kind words. :D
Response: Thanks for finally rating. I PM'd you and left profile comments about this several times, so if you couldn't find my message, I could have resent if you would have just replied to the PMs!
Response: Aww, thanks for the kind words! I'm so glad you love it! :D
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Though I'm on the Central Coast now, I grew up in Fresno & Clovis. It's funny how many people move from that area up to Oregon. We used to camp there too, but not too often. Glad you like the card!
Response: You're welcome. I'm glad it got there. Was getting worried since it's been nearly 3 weeks and you didn't reply to my email about it. Whew!
Response: Oh good, you found it! It's been nearly a month, so glad that it got there. :)
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Thanks so much for the kind words! Glad you liked it all. We have similar tastes, so it was fun making cards for you. :D
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Perhaps it's one of the first ever made with key shavings, haha. I like using obscure stuffs. ;)
Response: You're welcome!! I don't know if I mentioned in the note, but I got the ribbon from the Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas. :)
Response: Thank you for your input. I like things organized. And I used ribbons and a textured paper as well, though these did not make it into every ATC. There's some of the textured paper on the top of both of your ATCs, as well as the side of the one with the spiderweb ribbon, and a tiny bit of orange ribbon in the bottom right of your other ATC.
Response: Super! I hope you've rec'd the one other card from me too. I've got a picture if you want to see it and check against the cards you have. Thanks!
Response: Haha, when I got the alert for the new rating, I thought, "I bet that's Rosalie, since she SO close!" And I was correct. :) Hilarious that swaps I sent many days ago haven't reached MN, IL, or WY but Cali swaps usually get there in a day. Glad you like the ATC!
Response: Indeed! I was in the first one, back in 2010. Fun then, fun now. :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Perhaps I should have said not many likes that I know anything about. :) I didn't even know Cracker Jack existed in 1900! And a lot of people mean different things when they say 'vintage' so I just try to avoid that altogether. Glad something vague like 'birds' was on there tho. :) Glad you liked it too!
Response: They are almost unimaginably huge. :)
Response: Thanks for such a nice rating! Made me smile. :)
Response: Because we all know, receivers GIVE ratings. It's not like senders EARN them or anything. ;););)
Response: :) You're welcome.
Response: Thanks for the heart! )
Response: Maybe we should ask her? Hm..now that I think about it, maybe she replied in the thread. I'll have to check.
Response: I would go nuts if my PO was that slow! You must be much more patient than I am, haha! Glad they go there. :)
Response: I got one stuck in my finger when I was making the ATCs, like a tiny, evil splinter. Glad you enjoyed the card! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Aw, thanks for all the nice words. The lines on the stamp were a last minute addition. I wasn't sure if they'd ruin or improve it! I would pass on the congrats, but I'm sure he'd blush. It's adorable. :)
Response: Thanks for saying the stamp is great. I think it's pretty good. It's only maybe the 6th stamp I've carved, but I am getting better! :)
Response: I shall remember that for next time we swap, or perhaps a RAK. I'm a little low now, but my partner says, "We ALWAYS have more. Sorry I can't get you any other colors." Hehe, he's a hoot.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: I hoard those envies and use every bit! Sadly, I'm moving soon and will be changing garbage companies. :'( Alas. Glad you like the card. :D
Response: I hope you have health insurance and/or a tetanus shot, haha! :) Glad you like the card & description!
Response: You're welcome! I'm glad you like it, it was fun to make. Thanks for the heart! :)
Response: You're welcome! I have so much Hallo stuff, probably because I love orange, haha. Glad you like it. :)
Response: Thanks for the quick reply. SB is eating ratings lately. It's an epidemic!
Response: You're welcome! I'm glad you love it. :D
Response: Orange is TOTALLY underutilized. So many people don't like it, but to me it's such a happy color! Glad to meet another orange-phile. ;)
Response: Well, I'm a bit older than you. You've got time to catch up. :)
Response: You're welcome. They were fun to make! :)
Response: :) You're welcome.
Response: Yeah, I did some crazy stuff as a youth! :) I'm much more mellow now. Do miss motorcycling though.
Response: I guess March 31st isn't a great day for either of us. :( I'm sorry for your loss. *hug*
Response: I blame insomnia and the iPod ereader. ;);)
Response: Thanks for rating!
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Well, depending on the amount and type of energy used. What if we had solar-powered transporters!!? :)
Response: Thanks. :) I do miss motorcycling. Every year I think I'll get another scooter or motorcycle and then I don't. Alas.
Response: You're welcome! The Florida bit is actually just a paper, cut out of a Tim Holtz sheet. I added the sparkles. :)
Response: Thanks for rating...
Response: Oh, that page was from whole book of plane diagrams! I've been cutting them up for collages for awhile. If you want to PM me the kind(s) of planes your dad flew, I will try to find them and mail them over to you. :) Glad you liked the package!
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Zaphod was flying a ship underwater. That's really the most interesting part of it. :)
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Hehe, I usually make the ATCs before partners are assigned if I can, especially if I'm unsure that I'll be happy with the result. I'd never used puzzle pieces before and didn't know if my glue-and-cut method would work. It had actually been sitting, waiting, for awhile. :D Anyway, I'm so glad you like it!! Yay!
Response: They are indeed. Let me know what you think of them when you make them. :D
Response: I did chilla for breakfast with a bit of baking powder, some sugar, & blueberries! Very pancake-like, which is great b/c I'm avoiding wheat. :)
Response: If you have a laptop or netbook, you can get an extension in Firefox called .epub reader and then read those types of files in the browser. More cumbersome than a Nook or iPod, but it could work. :) I'm looking forward to Green's other books. Thanks for the nice rating, my 300th heart!!! :D:D
Response: You're welcome :)
Response: If I had known the big plot point in LfA, I would not have read it, due to experiencing something similar with my best friend. (trying to avoid spoilers) But it was really good anyway, just hard to read. I'm going to skip another of Green's books due to the synopsis saying something about the se subject. Alas.
Response: Awesome! I'm totally out of credits on PBS right now :( Let me know what you think of them! :)
Response: Wow, that got there fast! Thanks for the heart. Glad you like it! It was my first attempt. I hope I glued it all down well enough. :)
Response: I think Moore is SO funny! Let me know what you think, whenever you get around to reading one. :)
Response: I'm so glad! :)
Response: You're welcome! I laughed the whole time making that card, but it's so very, very true about that town.
Response: You're welcome. I hope you find something you enjoy. :)
Response: Haha, awesome, right? A friend of mine bought me a whole book of those! I have to trim the ends to fit them into envelope. :D I try to keep swaps to the US for postage reasons, but I will definitely keep you in mind for things upcoming. Take care!
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: You're welcome. It totally is! Perfect for a tired night. :)
Response: Glad it got there safely! :)
Response: Super. :) I keep meaning to do a Darwin Day PC swap, but somehow keep missing it. Maybe next year.
Response: Aww, thanks. When I told my housemate the title of the monster one, he literally lol'd so I figured I was doing something right. :) Thanks for the heart! I was beginning to get worried they had gotten lost; so glad they made it there safely. :D :D // Update: I was confused about the nail polish comment, so I went back to look at the card. The red blood drips are actually stickers that I purchased, though I see what you mean about them looking like nail polish. :)
Response: You're welcome. Thanks for the heart, and for joining my swap! :)
Response: Thank you for rating.
Response: You're welcome! Thanks for joining my swap and for the heart. :)
Response: You're welcome! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: I'm so glad! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: You're welcome :) Thanks for the heart!
Response: You're welcome! :) Hope the clues aren't too hard.
Response: How funny! I used to live in Hayward, so we're leap-frogging. :)
Response: You're welcome! Hope you can get most/all of them. :)
Response: Thanks for the heart! And for hosting this, it was fun. :)
Response: Thank you for rating. Please ignore the PM I sent you about it (sent on 5/7). :)
Response: You're welcome. Glad it got there safely. :)
Response: Thanks for the lovely comment. I'm glad you liked the file! It was fun to make. There's a new vegan group on SB called Vegan Voices, you should join! We mostly just chat on the forum; it's really nice. :)
Response: The woman who reads the audiobooks does a really great job, if you're ever interested in those. :)
Response: I'm so happy you like them. :) Thanks for the heart and for joining my swap.
Response: I love paper books too, but my hands can't take holding them for long. I'm so happy to be able to read for hours again! Already finished 3 books in May on the iPod! Stardust wasn't illustrated, but now I will find one that is to flip through. Thanks! :)
Response: I'm not really a fan of the movies I've seen that are based on his books, but a friend recommended this series to me. :)
Response: You're welcome. My tastes are...eclectic. :)
Response: If you're a used-book-store shopper, you might be able to find a copy there. :) Thanks for the heart!
Response: Yay! I'm glad you like them. And now we know that it takes about 3 weeks to get from the US to Malaysia. ;)
Response: Yay, I'm glad you like it! I usually check profiles and tailor my ATCs but I was unsure if I could do one in 15 minutes, so I made it before partners assigned. Thanks for the heart!
Response: I'm literally eating one of those cookies RIGHT NOW, hahaha! I was cleaning out my freezer and found half a batch of dough, so I baked some up. The dough freezes pretty well too, just fyi, and I never want to have a full batch around cooked because I'll eat them all. :D Glad you like the Meatless Mondays site.
Response: Oh, hooray!! I was worried that maybe you already had one, as I know many Firefly fans do. I'm so happy to have knit you for first handmade hat. :D :D
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: I think a private swap would be fun! I'm a bit swamped at the moment though, but definitely soon. What shall we swap.... Hmm...
Response: You're welcome!
Response: I think there was Pooh too, right? Pretty sure they made it into the envie. :) You're welcome.
Response: Hahah, totally didn't even remember it was Earth Day when I was sending that! Hilarious. Glad you like it. I'm not sure what will sprout either, but I think it's the generic "wildflowers". :)
Response: Glad it got there safely! :) Thanks for the heart!
Response: You're welcome! Funny you should mention Evelyn Evelyn, I fist saw Vermillion Lies when they were touring with Amanda Palmer! So that all makes sense. :) Also, yay veg-heads! There's a new group called Vegan Voices which welcome vegetarians, just fyi if you want to check it out.
Response: The book is a MUST for sci-fi fans, and definitely before the movie comes out in November. :) Hope you like them!
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Thanks for the heart! :)
Response: Yeah, I'm a bit eclectic. :) Hope you try out Meatless Mondays! Even one meal helps!
Response: Thanks for rating.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Thanks for the heart!
Response: Thanks for the rating!
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Sleeeep! I can sleep 15 or 16 hours sometimes, but usually it's about 9. Doesn't always seem restful though, alas. Thanks for rating!
Response: Thanks for the heart!
Response: Hooray! :) Yeah, for these email swaps with the questions already listed, I fill them out when I sign up. Then it's easy peasy when it comes to sending. :)
Response: Thanks for the heart! I'm only a *little* on top of my swaps, haha.
Response: Glad you liked it! :)
Response: Glad it came through. Yeah, food in this country is insane. *shakes head* And most people don't seem to care. Did you know 1 in 3 kids born in the year 2000 will end up with Type II Diabetes (in the US of course), and that generation is the first that has a lower life-expectancy than their parents? Crazy days....
Response: You're very welcome! Hope to see you around the ole SB. :)
Response: :) A word of warning though, The Handmaid's Tale is a dystopia, so if you're prone to getting sad over books, use with caution. ;)
Response: Hooray for a happy first swap! Thanks for the kind words and I hope you have a great time swapping here. :D
Response: :D :D Thanks! I really think it's the coolest ATC I've ever made! I might make another to keep, haha!
Response: You're welcome. Glad you like them!
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Yay! You're welcome.
Response: Yay! I'm a lucky guesser. ;)
Response: Thanks so much. Yeah, sometimes I take it past passion into obsession, haha.
Response: Thanks! I try. I guess I've thought a lot about these things.
Response: So much work needed! It seems impossible....
Response: Yay!!! That was the *whole* point, right?! :D Glad that I did my job.
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: You're welcome! :D
Response: I always put "Swap-Bot" in the title, as do others, hoping that it will be noticed easier. Glad you found it! I was worried about wildlife a bit too, but if they are fenced and you make sure to close the coop at night (they will go in on their own), then it should be okay. Thanks for the heart!
Response: You are quite welcome. :D
Response: Ah, I don't have that one, but I did put The Robber Bride on my list after finishing the other Atwood book. I'm usually more of a sci-fi fan, but trying new things lately. Thanks for the heart!
Response: Seems like a lot of people are getting backyard chickens lately. :) Thanks for the heart!
Response: You're welcome! Zombies are.. murrrr...brains... I mean cool, zombies are cool. ;) ;)
Response: Oh, thanks for saying so! :D Glad you like it!
Response: You are very welcome. :)
Response: No worries. I think Yahoo mail is having issues right now. Glad you like them, and glad it finally got to you. :D
Response: :D I'm so glad!
Response: Aww, thanks so much for the nice words (I needed them today). :) Calvin is awesome; I'm still trying to figure out a way to play Calvin Ball and have it actually _work_, haha!
Response: Haha, awesome! :) Did you catch the other Douglas Adams reference? I'll give you a hint; it's within 4 questions (up or down) of the meaning of life question. Thanks for the heart!
Response: I posted a HUGE error that an author made on her forum (basically the crux of 4 books was bad science). She responded, not too happily either. I really loved those books until that blatantly wrong bit, so disappointing when Google returned the correct answer on all the first page of results. *sigh* Happy reading!
Response: Thanks for rating.
Response: Thanks for the heart! :)
Response: Yay!!! I was hoping you would! My favorite part is the red eye. :D :D I was so excited to get it to you, that I forgot to scan/photograph it. If you have a minute or two to snap a picture for me, I'd be grateful. I try to keep pix of all my ATCs. I will PM you my email address, in case you can! Thanks.
Response: Thanks for rating!
Response: IIt's amazing how many people I've "met" who have chickens! So cool. I think they might be a bit too much for me--we have deer, and thus deer-ticks here, which I really don't think I could deal with. :( Alas. Anywayz, thanks for the heart! :)
Response: Thank you kindly. :)
Response: Cool! I think that's a better outcome than someone with wildly different views than me! So much chance of offense with these questions, haha.
Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: Thanks! :) I cracked myself up with that one, hehe.
Response: You're welcome! So happy you like them and glad they got there safely. :):)
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: You're welcome! I do hope it didn't get too squished on the way. :)
Response: I'm glad. Thanks for the nice words. :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Thanks! I'm glad you think so. :)
Response: Hooray! Did you notice the Scrabble tiles match your initials? (either your real name or your username)
Response: Yay! That got there rather quickly too. :)
Response: Oh, I am so happy! I was really worried they were lost. Whew! :) Glad you like them!
Response: You're welcome! I read on your profile that you liked those envies, and I had that one that someone else sent me an ATC in. Glad you like everything. :)
Response: Oh goodie! I was worried it was kinda plain, but at the same time I wanted to keep it, which is always a good sign. :) I love coffee too!
Response: Hehe! Had you ever heard of that villian before? I hadn't, but he seemed perfect. Glad I could make you smile.
Response: Yay! I really liked that one too! It was hard to send away! I've been hoarding that weird holey paper (it's actually wall tape, like is used when putting up sheet rock, that someone from SB sent me) but I guess it was finally time to use it. You're welcome! :):)
Response: You're so welcome! I'm really happy you liked them. :):)
Response: I will totally check out the Pomplamoose videos on youtube, thanks! :):)
Response: Thanks for the heart and the nice PM you sent. :)
Response: You're welcome. I hope the flax helps you. :)
Response: I thought Delicatessen was pretty good, but it was no Amelie! I haven't made my own tofu yet, but do plan to try to in the future. What I find fun with making soymilk is all the pulp (called okara) that's leftover from the soybeans. It's a great egg replacer, and good for making veggie burgers, but my favorite thing to do it dehydrate it and mix with almonds and nutritional yeast for a parmesan substitute. It's awesome!
Response: I will see if my library has any Capote; thanks for the suggestion! I used to have a "real" username, but I was off SB for a year (or two?) and they ran some weird thing on the database so the inactive users all got changed to "user####". I didn't notice when I came back and started making ATCs and signing them with user2637. By the time I realized it, there were a lot of ATCs out there, so I decided to keep it. Plus, I like the anonymity of it! :):)
Response: I thought I already commented on this, sorry! You're welcome! I had to make another one of those owls for myself, with matching wonky eyes. :):) Glad you like him!
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Thanks for such a nice comment! So happy you like everything! I wanted one of your early experiences here on SB to be a good one, so I stalked your Etsy list for clues. Plus spoiling vegans is fun! :D
Response: Yay! Glad they got there and that you are happy with them. Dr. Horrible is awesome! :)
Response: You're welcome! I hope you have as much fun making them as I do. :)
Response: Oh, I've seen I think, the first 2, but it was years and years ago! I remember some of them, but will definitely watch them again. Thanks for the nice comments; I'm so happy you like it. :):)
Response: Thanks for the rating. I hope you liked the cards. I was pretty proud of how the drawing came out, since I'm not really a drawing-type-person, but it's fun trying to get better. :)
Response: Thanks! Like I said, it was all that came to me. King and Italy could've been hard too.
Response: You're welcome. Yeah, it was fun sending to the kiddo. She likes a cartoon I like, so I did the card for her with one of the characters. :)
Response: Yep, yep. It's a plum-colored corduroy pea-coat style coat that I'm sewing in my sewing class right now, so I picked the liner. Hehe! Glad you like him!
Response: "a HOOT"! Hahaha. :):) Glad you like it!
Response: Awww. That's so sweet! *blush* I'm glad you like them. :):):):):)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Haha! I read your profile and someone sent you a link for creepy dolls, so I figured you might like them. Also, you should YouTube Jonathan Coulton's song called Creepy Doll. It's, well, creepy! :)
Response: Oh, there are lots of ways to substitute eggs! Yogurt, tofu, flax seeds, banana. During the big Wars, US housewives just omitted eggs from most things. I usually use the Ener-G powder because it works and is shelf stable. Plus you get the equivalent to 500 eggs for like $6. :)
Response: Yepyep, it's not the BEST pizza dough, but it's certainly the easiest, and it's yummy enough. :) Glad you found some new things through the swap!
Response: I know there are commercial fake-fish products. I found some pretty good ones at Asian markets. Also, I've made fish sticks with pressed tofu cut into long rectangles with a sheet of nori cut to fit on one side, and battered with tempura batter, and fried. They are pretty good. :)
Response: I'm just glad you're okay! Sorry you had to go through a tragedy, but I'm glad you're back. *hugs* Take care. :)
Response: Yay! I'm glad. Chris Moore is hilarious!!! I love his vamp books, and Practical Demonkeeping too. Hope you like it. :):)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: I don't mean to make you MORE jealous, but I found a brand new soy milk maker for $25 at a thrift shop!! It's my most favoritest appliance! After making the milk, I take the okara (left over soybean pulp) and dry it out and combine with some stuff to make a parmesan substitute. It's yummy and full of protein. :):)
Response: No worries! I miss rating sometimes and I think S-B doesn't always save ratings right too, so it could've been that. You're welcome. :)
Response: Yay! :) You're welcome.
Response: Thanks! I just cut down scrapbooking cardstock and fed it into my printer to make the postcard. :)
Response: Red robots are quite common, I blame online comics for this. :D I'm so glad you love them! They were a lot of fun to make.
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: You're welcome. Thanks for joining! :)
Response: You're welcome. Thanks for joining! :)
Response: I think we should do this every month! :)
Response: They are, they really are. I will miss them. *sigh*
Response: Cool! Let me know how it comes out. :) It makes a TON. And I'm not sure if the recipe says this, but I recommend putting all the "cheese" ings into a blender for easy and thorough mixing.
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Yay! Glad you like it. :)
Response: You're welcome!
Response: Yay! I'm glad you like them. :):)
Response: Yes, it was a fun swap! Glad you liked my story. I hope you sent yours to Stuntmom. I'm looking forward to reading more of them. :)
Response: Ed's tough though, he'll be okay. Or maybe he'll get on a bus himself? :) I didn't send it to Sarah, but I will now. Thanks for the feedback!
Response: No worries! That happens to me sometimes too. Thanks for double checking. :)
Response: You're welcome! It was fun using my new fancy stitches (from my new machine) on it. :)
Response: Whew! I was getting worried that it got lost. Glad you liked it. :):)
Response: You're welcome. It's funny that it beat your lucky parcel there! I guess that's customs for you. :)
Response: :) I'm a sucker for back-story. I especially like Jayne's.
Response: :D Thanks! Turns out we like a lot of the same shows, etc, so it wasn't all that hard, and so much fun. Glad you like them!
Response: I'm glad! I've only seen Buffy once through (last December) so I didn't get most of yours. :)
Response: :D Let me know if you need help with any of the clues.
Response: So glad you like it. :)
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Yay! Out of everyone, you were the only person for whom I knew immediately what I would send. :)
Response: Thanks! Those are the first I've stitched. :)
Response: The chickpea patties are teh wunderfuls. Just don't over-knead them! And the pleasure was all mine.
Response: You're welcome! :D I realized after sending it that I didn't put his full name on there, but I think that's ok. I also realized I didn't take a picture of it. :( I try to photograph all my swaps. If you've got a digital camera and can email me a couple snaps, that would be double-rainbow-all-the-way!! Let me know how the cross stitching comes along!
Response: You're welcome. Glad you like him. :)
Response: you're welcome!
Response: Glad you liked it! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: You're welcome. :)

Response: Glad you liked the envie! :) Thanks for the nice comments.
Response: You're welcome. Actually, we keep getting paired up. I sent to you for #1, you to me for #2, and now me to you again. I wonder what will happen with #4?? :)
Response: No problem! Thanks for the heart. :)
Response: You're welcome.
Response: I thought I had a ladybug stamp for that one, but when I was making it, I couldn't find the darn thing! Nor my ant stickers. That probably would've made it easier for you. But I'm so happy you got it right!! :):) And thanks for the heart; that's super nice of you for my first matchbox. :)
Response: You're welcome! Happy you like it. :):)
Response: Thanks so much! Zettis sure are fun! :):)
Response: Cool! Those were my first APCs ever and all the ones I've seen were sparkly and stuff, so I wasn't sure if they were too plain or not. So happy that you love them. :):) I hope you stay in the swaps and I can get a page from you!
Response: Yeah, I shoulda put in the message where it is, but I thought people could kinda guess. :)
Response: Aww, you're very welcome. I'm happy you and your family enjoyed everything. *hugz* :)
Response: Thanks. :) I think it's my favorite one. Also, you should watch Torchwood! ;);)
Response: :) Yay! I play on Facebook sometimes; I don't have anyone around here to play with either. Glad you like it. :)
Response: Oh, thanks! I'm sending off a pic in the mail today too, though I couldn't find my photo paper (just moved) so it's not super good quality. Thanks for the heart. :):)
Response: Thanks! I think Zilliah's was better, but it was wicked fun to make. :)
Response: You're super welcome! It's a favorite theme of mine too, so I lucked out getting you for the swap. Hope we bump into each other again. :)
Response: Well, I can't NOT pick NPH for anything, lol. He's so awesome. :)
Response: :) Thanks! Everyone once in awhile I come up with something cool. :D
Response: You're welcome. It got there so fast! :D
Response: You're welcome! I hope you host it again sometime. :):)
Response: I hope so! Can't wait to see what we all come up with. :)
Response: :) That is pretty funny. Any idea where s/he got it?
Response: Thanks for liking it! I'm just getting back into writing, so you're compliment means a lot. :D
Response: Thanks! I'm glad you like it. :)
Response: *whew* Glad I didn't spoil your childhood, lol! It was really fun to put together and figure out how to construct with the flaps. You're welcome for making your day! I love it when I get to do that. :D
Response: You're welcome. I hope you enjoy them. :)
Response: Yay! I was a bit concerned about the R rating, but I figured she's 17 and a lot of horror is R. So happy that it made her smile. Let me know what she thinks of the movie, k? It's not *great* horror, but more like campy. :):)
Response: That was maybe my favorite ATC I ever made (the Buffy one), so I'm glad you liked it too, and everything else. :) Now I'm going to *blush* and say that I don't remember what sticker I put on the back of the envelope!! *eeps!* Can you remind me? lol *Update* Oh, hahaha! Those stickers are fun. There's also an "unbreakable" that I've been too afraid to use, in case a postal worker tries. :\
Response: You're very welcome. And quirky is definitely the correct word for that music. :)
Response: Those cupcakes are a hit every time I make them. They are so moist and rich. :)
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: Glad you liked it. Happy B-day again. :):)
Response: Thanks for the encouragement. I'm really liking learning to paint. :)
Response: I'm sure we'll bump into each other again, as we seem to join similar swaps. :D You have a Swap-Bot shel:! What a great idea! I might have to find room for one myself, I'm amassing so much cool stuff. Thanks for the compliments and you're very welcome. *huggy*
Response: You're welcome! I have a little manual scale so I just kept adding until it was close to 1 ounce; might as well use the one stamp to its fullest! :)
Response: Thanks again for hosting this. She was so creepy-great that I'm glad other people know about her. :)
Response: You're welcome. I was actually destashing my mags and books when I saw this swap, so it was good timing. And I'm glad it finally found it's way to you. 3 weeks! I wonder how many places it went on the way.
Response: Yay! I'm happy you like them. I was really pleased with them, and definitely think I'll be doing more inchies in the future!
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: I tried for variety, but I'm kinda boring in what I eat. Soup and casseroles = fewer dishes, lol. vegweb.com is where I get most of my recipes and there's some great stuffs on there! :)
Response: Thanks! I tried to make it funny. :) The borscht is AWESOME. I even made it with vegan sour cream (I'm vegan) and it was still awesome. Don't leave out the dill! It is key. :)
Response: PETA?? I'm pretty sure there were no PETA quotes on there...so now I'm confused.... Glad you liked them though.
Response: You're welcome!
Response: He is pretty awesome. :) Glad you like it.
Response: You're welcome. Happy you like it. :D
Response: Glad I could help and that you like the cards! :)
Response: Well, if you've read the old testament, it is pretty horrible! :) Glad you liked the card.
Response: You're welcome so much! :) I'm glad you like the colors I chose for you; I thought that blue really popped on the black background. Hope to see you in more stitching swaps. :D
Response: I have my towel all ready too!! :) I cross-stitched "Don't Panic!" on it and I'm thinking about adding the date and "Towel Day". And, of course, some caffeine on one corner. ;);)
Response: Your welcome! There are two more 4400 books, but they fall within the timeline, not at the end as these two books do. You might want to find the other two first, b/c they are chronologically first, but it really doesn't matter to the story. :) I miss The 4400. *sigh*All the good shows get canceled....
Response: You're welcome. :) It's fun *trying* to paint. Thanks for letting me join your swap.
Response: Yay! I figured... how can someone NOT like that movie? hehe.
Response: Glad you like it and the papers. :)
Response: I thought I replied to this already, but maybe SB didn't save it? Weird. Anywho, yes, Out of Gas is my favorite. I love the back stories and also Mal being a bad-ass and a sweetie too. :)
Response: Wow. What are the odds?! :)
Response: You know, after I sent the letter I thought of so much more to put in it! But it was already long enough, lol. :) I like the quote from your priest, and I bet he's right too. Thanks for the comments. :D
Response: I picked the puppies because I saw your doggie family listed on your profile. :) So glad you like them.
Response: Thanks! :) It was fun to do. I'm trying to get better at drawing.
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: Cool! Let me know if you need help with any clues. :)
Response: So glad you liked it. That was the first thing that jumped into my mind when I saw the swap, though my original thought was to put "weekdays" and "weekends". hehe.
Response: YAY!!!! :D As you know, I was worried, but I'm so happy you like it. :)
Response: You're welcome. It's been quite some time since I've written anything creative, so if you want to give me some constructive criticism, please PM it to me. I'm sure I can use it, lol!
Response: :) Thanks. I'm glad you like them.
Response: Oh, I'm so glad. I was really worried and having an off couple days nearing the end of this swap...well, an off week really, so I thought most of the things I did weren't up to par. But you loving it is the important part! :D We're all really our own worst critics in the end, right?
Response: You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed the list. :)
Response: Wow that got there fast! Happy that you like it all. :)
Response: I'm so glad you liked everything! I love that ATC and it was great typing out the story too, brought back the memory for me, and made me smile. :D
Response: You're very welcome. It was a lot of fun to put together for you. :D
Response: :) Thanks for the nice words, I needed them at exactly this moment. :)
Response: Yay for more vegans! :):)
Response: You're welcome! That got there quick. Did the HI (if I remember correctly) quarter make it?
Response: Bad editing/continuity ruins the "fantasy" of shows for me. There was this part in Titanic that snapped me right out of that world. I won't tell you which part because then it's all you'd ever see. :)
Response: Next time you pet a goat, try tickling it. :D Can't wait to see yours!
Response: At least you guys in AU get cool stuff like dish soap you can wash dishes in and then water plants with the dirty water. Over here it's all chemicalschemicalschemicals.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Yay!! :D It was tons of fun finding/making you things.
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: So glad. :) My original plan was to do the colors to color it in, but that failed a bunch b/c I almost never do watercolors. I got some pretty funny results though.
Response: Thanks. :) I had a tough time getting the eyelet on there (I have no tool), but I was pleased with how it turned out. Best part: 4 elements were extras people sent me from other swaps!
Response: I'm glad you like it. :D
Response: Glad you like him. Not sure when I'll be through Ashland next, but I'll try to swing by when I do. :)
Response: Yay. :) Let me know if you get stuck on an answer! I'm still working on the Buffy crosswords from last month, lol.
Response: I'm glad you liked it. :) I hadn't journaled in awhile, and it was good to just jot down my random thoughts. I've since bought a pile of new journals. I'm finding more and more Torchwood fans on here, which is awesome. :D
Response: Oh, goody, it got there in one piece! I always worry about international mail... Glad you like it! :)
Response: You're very welcome. :):)
Response: :) Thanks. Yeah, there are very many "interesting" people in my town. I don't fit in at all. heh.
Response: You're welcome. :)
Response: I just saw the new movie for the first time yesterday! :)
Response: Truth be told, I had run out of white paper so I had to use something else. hehe. Glad you like it. :)
Response: Oh, sorry about that! I've never seen another faux postage stamp swap here, but totally spaced on the fact that other people swap elsewhere. Also, I was leaving for vacation the next morning, so my mind was busy. Glad you found me though. :)
Response: You're welcome. The fortune is from The Simpsons, in case you didn't know. ;)
Response: Thanks. I had the design all ready to go, but was sad that it came out a bit blurry. I guess my printer isn't too great. Glad you liked them though! :):)
Response: I try to cut and paste the email addresses to make sure i don't do a typo, so maybe it got caught in the spam. Glad you found the link though. :) I do tons of vegan baking. You should search Amazon or your local library for Isa Chandra Moskowitz. She's got the coolest vegan cooking and baking books. :):)
Response: I had it all ready to go as a "draft" before the partners were assigned. :) I saw Hedwig live too! But, sadly, not with the original cast.
Response: You're welcome. I'm glad you like the amigurumi! :D
Response: You're welcome! :)
Response: I'm glad you liked it! :)
Response: You're welcome. I hope you like the colors. I didn't see any in your profile, so I just did it at random. :)
Response: You're welcome. I picked out the purple batik fabric just for you.
Response: Well we can't all be perfect! Kidding, kidding!!! :D Glad you liked the quote. Hope to see you around SB. :)
Response: Oh, goodie! Thanks for rating. :)
Response: Thanks! I will check out your blog. Take care. :)
Response: Yes it is handmade. So glad you like it. :)
Response: Hooray! I'm so glad you like the little guy or gal. It was really fun to make with all those legs. :)
Response: You're welcome! So glad you like it. :):)
Response: Yay! I kinda cheated. I used "Willow Demon Database" from the dvds. If you get stuck at all, I have the answer key, so just PM me. :)
Response: I'm so glad you like it! :) Thanks for the heart!
Response: I have the answer key, so just PM me if you need help. :)
Response: Oh yay!!! You're so sweet! It seems that going off-the-beaten-path is nicely appreciated here on SB, which is great because I seem to be drawn to the weirder side of crafting. Glad to find kindreds here. :)
Response: You're welcome. Who knows, maybe you'll have a whole bowl of fruits soon. :) Oh, and thanks for saying it's well made! I have no real point of reference and I halfway made up the pattern. Also, it's my 2nd softie ever. hehe.
Response: You're welcome! But the slanted corners aren't my doing; they were part of the original box. :)
Response: well, crap-o. :( It seemed secure enough and I let it cure over night even. Thanks for letting me know; I'll employ a different technique next time. And here I was worried about the stake. heh. Glad you like it anyway! :)
Response: Oh, goody! :) Though those are more of a cupcake, so they are sweeter, but if you cut down the sugar and omitted the icing.... Also, the original recipe calls for 1/2 cup chocolate chips, but I think they're overkill. ;)
Response: You're welcome. Can you let me know how the cards held up? They are cardstock and I was unsure if they would be strong enough. I might want/need to tape them up next time. Thanks!
Response: Oh yay! I was a bit worried that it was too random. Glad you like. :D
Response: Yay! I'm so glad I had something that suits you. :)
Response: You're welcome! :) I'm glad you like it.
Response: Hahaha, knitting with guacamole sounds messy. ;)
Response: Thanks! :) It was a toss up between him and satyrs.
Response: Like I said, since they were emailed and I didn't have to pay shipping, I got extra. :) I ordered the anatomy brushes for myself, but the store didn't have the steampunk listed anymore. :( I emailed the store owner though, so hopefully I can get those too. They are sooo cool and I would never have found them if it wasn't for this swap, so thanks!
Response: Don't feel lame! I saw that you're kinda new here so I wanted to add extras as a "welcome to swap-bot". :) I'm glad you like the mix! Haha re:Breathe Me. :) I haven't heard any of Phantom Planet's new stuff (after Jason left); is it any good?
Response: Super! Let me know how it comes out. :)
Response: :) Somehow I knew that would be your favorite. I tried to find more in my stash that fit your profile, but alas, there weren't any.
Response: Good, good, at least you haven't seen one of them. Glad you like the present and that you didn't have it. I love that universe!
Response: Yay! I'm glad you liked it all. Making people smile is why I do swaps. :D
