Comment: Thank you my friend for the heart-felt letter about your mom. She sounds like she was an amazing woman and ferociously loving mother. I, too, lost my mother (when my oldest daughter was 6 months old) and could not share the steps, words, teeth or any of the million myriad things that make up our lives, and even 36 years later, I miss that connection. Thank you as well for the candles, they are incredible and I will burn them, not only thinking of my loved ones but of you as well. And thank you for the Chalcedony stone, I have always loved jasper and agates.

The texture fades are wonderful and will get lots of use, trust me. The owl beads are right up my alley, and the bracelet is so pretty (I'm thinking of adding some of my own charms to it). I am totally jealous of that medieval heresies class. That sounds incredibly interesting. The great thing about having you as a swap partner is that you always go so far beyond what's required. The bad thing about having you for a swap partner is that the things you send are so nice I never want to use them! Gah! What's an Avalonian to do?! lol Thank you so much, Sher, you're the best.
Response: Aww, thank you Lori, now I am blushing! I am so happy though that you like the swap, the paper is just normal printer paper soaked in hot-warm water that had about 5-6 tea bags steeping in it. I let the pieces soak and them lay them out on a towel to dry, then they are ready for use, doesn't seem as impressive, huh? But still so happy you like it. I wanted to send the seal, I thought it would come in use to you for all your other swaps. Big hugs, Sher.

I swear they are the most adorable medieval charms I have ever seen. My plan is to make at least three charm bracelets with them and use the rest as home decor embellies. Comment: I love the quote, the picture and the postcard made it through the postal system with only minor rips and tears, but that is part of the appeal of naked post cards, they look like they have been somewhere.

Response: Well, Wal-mart used to carry them, but they stopped doing so, so now I have to go to a sports type of store that sells baseball cards, trading cards and the like, but I am sure you could find them online too, they are the Ultra-pro cards sleeves. Comment: Sherie, OMG, I love my bookmark, I have deer that come to my yard daily and several times a day. They are so beautiful. I especially love this time of year because all the little babies are so sweet walking with their mommies! I found a newborn fawn one day in my yard and thought it was sick, but I think it's mom was finding food or water or something and left it for a few minutes. I couldn't believe it was just laying so still. I touched it to see if it was alive and it was. So I watched for the momma, she came and it got up and now I see them each day. Response: It's from an 8x8 'stack' of cardstock called The All Dressed Up Stack, it's a glittered set, it's one of the many sheets that are in that set of 48 prints. I think Michael's carries them.
